Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has an annual capacity of over 100,000 tonnes of corrugated products.
The corrugated board we manufacture is made on a dedicated 2.8m BHS corrugator, which is able to run B, C, E and F flute board, as well as BC, BE and EF doublewall board for heavy duty, robust packaging. The paper we use to make the corrugated board is sourced from the world’s leading paper mills, from Europe, Scandinavia and the U.S.A. We hold a large stock of paper in our facility, so as to ensure prompt delivery of your packaging.
On the corrugator, we produce corrugated board that can be supplied as flat sheets, or if you prefer, we can print, die-cut and glue the board into finished boxes. We are able to offer you the production of Regular Slotted Cases, Die-cuts, Stitched Packs, Internal Fitments, and Heavy Duty Bulk Packs. No job is too big or too small!
In our production hall, we operate only the finest equipment available. With a range of German, Swiss and French machines, we can print in High Definition up to seven colors. There is no other packaging company in the U.A.E. that can offer this level of production.
Once completed, your packaging is put onto pallets, securely strapped for transit and then covered in a clear polythene wrap so that the packaging is not exposed to contaminants such as dust, dirt or vermin. The pallets are loaded onto our own fleet of trucks and delivered to your premises at the time specified by you. We deliver on time and in full, every time.
